	I met Wayne when I went to see a townhouse he had listed for sale. I was very tempted, but knew that I needed to first sell my home. Wayne showed me a number of homes and I finally found one that I loved. Wayne worked tirelessly to sell my home and walked me through all my options of buying and selling at the same time. He spent hours researching information from the City of Ottawa which definitely helped the sale. Thanks to Wayne I ended up paying far less than I thought I was going to have to pay for my new home and he sold my old home to a client of his whom he really kept on track, where others might not have been so patient. 	Our real estate experience with Wayne has been an extremely successful one. He advised us to find a suitable home before we put our current home on the market. He showed us homes and we settled on one that needed some work but, once fixed, would be exactly what we wanted. Wayne then wrote up the offer and negotiated a fabulous deal for us. 	When I was looking for my home, I had tried other agents, but they were not prepared to spend the time and patience I needed. 	My husband and I thought we were ready to buy our first home, but we really had no idea how to start this process. My mother suggested that we contact Wayne. This turned out to be the best solution to our worries. Not only was Wayne knowledgeable and reliable, he guided us through the entire process.
